I hate to say it but everything came from Amazon…
on that note my total cost was under 1200$ usd so I did well…

This is the bike I started with I changed the front fork to a performance shock and also replaced the smaller rear shock with a performance unit also the bike after upgrading it was 475$ give or take 10$ and then several rack and bag additions which helped a lot once I converted it. Need some new pictures to show the conversion
Yes. Approximately 2" from tread to underside mud flap of the back rack, only ever max out on hard hits. I normally have the shock set to soft recoil and I normally ride on assist 3 of 9 on 3rd gear on the trails so I'm not going really fast.
Looks like you have 1 1 /2 or 2 inches of travel in your rear wheel. Is that correct or am I missing something?
So as you can see the wires tucked away really nicely in the front bag side pouch, A little slice and they went right in. I added in my own key switch that fit really well on my rear shock mount tri arm, all my main power and control wires came up in this area also and worked out exceptionally well. The rear rack is 3 parts, hah, a bag a rack and a seat post rack. Once all put together with my foam cushions and extra vent space it makes a nice place for my battery to sit and bounce around. I did Add the Shift censor, It is a super nice addition.
The motor is the befang 750, my 500c says it'll draw 800+ watts from my simple 48v 10ahr battery.
The kit I bought for the motor was 520$usd. It came with some tools and a headlight without battery.
The battery at 48v 10 Ahr was 178$usd after discounts I had. no name battery but it had good reviews ..??..
sofar I have done a few 20 mile runs but mostly 10-15 miles at a time on rough trails. I have yet to have the battery run out or stop working due to low juice.
sofar the bike has over 1000ish miles on it and my 500c says sofar 276 miles on it, mostly on trails and they are not smooth....
I Want To thank Johnny! A bunch, your videos and information made converting this bike into something I can't stop wanting to take out on the trails.
in total my conversion for the kit was 1.5hrs, fine tuning everything.... In progress!! and I'm loving it!
Thaks Again Johnny Mr.NerdOut
