I have been looking for insurance for my ebike conversion - I have a OFO frame and Bafang BBS02 motor - 3 speed. 26 inch. I have been talking to "Spoke" but it seems that they only insure branded bikes. Has anyone had experience getting insurance on an E-Bike conversion? Maybe recomendations on a carrier?
hard to insure against theft, etc. what we need is a tiny solar powered gps unit that can be hidden on any bike, connect to starlink etc to monitor its location. that way if its stolen, just show up at their door w the police. definitely wish we had a good cheap solution like this for anti theft precaution
