I will honor a refund if returned within 30 days of purchase in Unused condition. I cannot accept returns of products already installed. I recommend doing a dry run when you receive the motor system to ensure it works correctly before attempting to install it! Return shipping paid by Purchaser, unless it was a mistake made by Vendor.
Keep in mind that motors and batteries get damaged when installing incorrectly and I cannot warranty against that.Orders are typically processed within 1-2 Business days of purchase. I am a One-man Band so occasionally things can get backed up, I appreciate your patience! With that being said, I try to get things shipped out ASAP, same day if ordered before UPS arrives to pick up the days orders (around 11am M-F).
