I think I found the issue. It appeared to be the gasket that comes with the replacement plate with the Leslie Bling ring. It is definitely showing wear. It seems to be coming loose from the plate. Do you have any suggestions?

yep motor will loosen after awhile. red locktite on the bafang nut or one nut seems to help hold it.

I took a video of just the motor. It sounds like its coming from the hub behind the chain ring. I will pull that off and see if there is something obvious. I also noticed my motor has loosened a bit. I am amazed it came loose. I thought I was about to break something to make it any tighter.

could try posting an audio sample of what you mean, like w throttle on. may be a rare issue, or something needs tweaking
