Service Description
I'll answer all of your ebike questions and help you navigate through all of the options whether you decide to build with me or go at it yourself. Please note that I am extremely busy, so I will charge $1/minute for consultations. If you decide to go ahead and do a custom build with me, the cost of your consultation will be credited back on your invoice. If you decide to go somewhere else or do the conversion yourself, I will have been happy to help you figure out your build. Thank you for your understanding and your business.
Cancellation Policy
JOHNNYNERDOUT requires a 24 hour cancelation notification to avoid a $40 no-show charge. Any damages occurred to the bike while rented will be the responsibility of the renter to cover any repairs. JOHNNYNERDOUT is not responsible for any breakdowns or equipment failure while rented. In case of a bike breakdown, it will be the renters responsibility to get the bike back to the rental location. We will have an employee on hand to offer support in case troubleshooting help is required. Rental includes unlimited miles. For last minute rentals please reach out to the shop.
