When I started this business in 2020, my mission was simple: to be the kind of e-bike store I wish was around when I was just starting out. That means offering a huge selection of parts, fair prices, and most importantly, second-to-none support and service for everyone.
I believe that "everyone" truly means everyone.
My vision is a future where small electric vehicles help us get around, and a big part of that is making sure everyone has the knowledge and access to make educated choices. And just as a physical storefront should have a ramp, a digital storefront should be open and accessible to all, regardless of ability or the technology they use.
