I have a 1990's Trek 750 bike that has been serving me well for many years. After renting an ebike while on vacation in Santa Barbara, I now want to convert my bike and then my wifes bike after I get mine working. I removed the front crank arms and measured the crank hub to be 86mm. The rear cassett has 7 gears after I remove the front shifter assembly. I am hoping this would be a good canadate for the "Complete kit package- Easy Rider 750w and 48v 10.5ah". I have watched the conversion videos and think I am up for it. I just want to make sure I am ordereing the right kit. I know I will need the mechanical brake cutoffs. The kit comes with a 44T gear and that seems like a good size for my mosly flat ground around my home town. Not looking to hill climb or go off road. Does it seem like the BBS02 will fit this bike?
