So I finallly finished my bafang 1000w fat tire e-bike build. The bike is amazing! The only issue I have is the 500c display reads incorrect battery level. I have switched it to reading voltage. Regardless when the bars on the gauge read empty I lose approx half of the power I had. I have a 48v 20 ah battery with a max output of 30amps. The battery itself has a gauge on it and when the 500c display shows empty my battery still states its has approx 80% charge left. Also when the battery is fully charged The display only show a 60-70% charge. Does anyone know of a fix for this. Its a real bummer because the bike it crazy fun powerful untill that 500c gauge reads empty and I still have plenty of juice left in the battery.
