The CYC HD Cassette comes in 2 flavors. The Stock Hub version simply replaces the 11-50t cassette with the 5 speed, using the existing Freehub on the bike. Many will find this perfectly suitable. If you are planning on punishing this bike, essentially taking out your frustration on it and riding it like a maniac, you may want to get the CYC HD Hub wheel build.

 It's important to note, that at the end of the day, these are still bicycles essentially, that have hybrid Motorcycle power strapped to them. So if you ride them recklessly, you drastically increase the odds of breaking components and/or yourself.
