Cancellation Policy
JOHNNYNERDOUT requires a 24 hour cancelation notification to avoid a $40 no-show charge.
Any damages occurred to the bike while rented will be the responsibility of the renter to cover any repairs.
JOHNNYNERDOUT is not responsible for any breakdowns or equipment failure while rented.
In case of a bike breakdown, it will be the renters responsibility to get the bike back to the rental location.
We will have an employee on hand to offer support in case troubleshooting help is required.
Rental includes unlimited miles.
