scott scale XXL frame 29 inch wheels 10 speed rear cassette 90mm bottom bracket

trying to install mid drive bafang having trouble getting the gears to aline can't enouph offset.

I want to hear from someone who has converted this bike and or tryed to do this conversion!

Or is it better to find a differant donor bike? The chain is out of alignment even on the smallest rear sprocket.
