Hey there. Is it possible to have my two crappy 2017 Nakto ebikes repaired at your shop? I'm wondering if you could get one of them to work, at least, using the parts of my other ebike.

White eBike: Powers on but throttle doesn't engage the wheel. Often, it will work for about three seconds.

Black eEBike: I took apart this bike to see if I could figure out how to fix the white bike, and now this one won't work.

Do you recommend an in-person drop off or virtual consultation?
