I just did my first conversion. I used an REI Coop 1.2 and added a CYC Photon to it. Since it has torque sensing I did not add a shift sensor. The chain line is straight when in a mid-gear. My problem is that the rear derailleur is now very sticky and does not want to shift. This is the case even if I take off the pedal assist and use no power from the motor. I thought it might be due to a cheap derailleur but I changed that out for a Shimano Deore since that was supposed to have a nice strong return spring. Any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.
