Bike is apparently built in UK. They said they could no longer source the battery, but I could send it to them to recell? Do you do that? Would hate to send overseas when it could be done here in U.S. It is a Sony 36V 9Ah battery. Dimensions are 4.25" W x 3" D x 11.5" H.
