Reset Battery?
I've built my bike about 3 years ago and installed a 52 volt (20 ah?) super shark battery. I've only ridden the bike maybe a dozen times since the conversion, but now I am having a problem with the battery. It does not seem to be holding a charge. When I go to charge the battery, it gives/shows me three green lights with the last one being red. The charger seems to be working, but i can't seem to get that last red light to go off. After charging the battery (yes, red light is still on), I can turn on the display and everything seems to be working fine. But in a day or two, the battery is 'dead' and the ebike is once again just a bike.
I've done some online research and suspect I need to reset the battery - but I'm not sure how to go about doing this. It has been a great ebike up until this latest problem. Has anybody else run into this problem? Any hacks or other things to try?

There will always be one red light. The best way to know your battery state of charge is by using the batteries voltage reading and getting familiar with what is empty and full voltages. for a 52v battery its ~58v full and ~43v empty.
