First conversion
Hello all, I just did my first conversion. I used a BBSO2 with a 48v Hailong. I have everything connected but the motor isn't running and the display won't turn. The battery only lights up for a second when I press it and then goes dark but I'm not sure if that is normal. Any troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated, I'm not sure what's going on.

The battery must be in the On position for the charge indicator lights on the battery to work. If the lights come on for a second and then turn off, it would appear you have the battery in the Off position.
